Jump Start Holidays Mood at Millennium Park

It was a cold day just after Thanksgiving... I had a day off so I decided to go to Millennium Park to observed people and the holidays scenes.. It was late in the afternoon and a lot of people came out to enjoy the city.. I wanted to go take more pic but I went shopping instead... Didn't buy anything though.. just looking around.. lots of sales all arounds but I am trying to save some money..... but all and all.. it was fun!!

My Blonde Moment!!

This year for Halloween, I decided I am going to retire the devil's horn and give myself a blonde moment..
Yes... I transformed into a blonde.. for a day anyway... It was quite fun actually.. and I kinda like it... but what do you think of me as a blonde? do you think I can pull it off?... Anyway... Happy Halloween!!

First Look--Roberto Cavalli at H&M

All fashionistas know that Roberto Cavalli had signed to do a fashion line with H&M.... and now the release date had been announced!!
Roberto Cavalli at H&M is going to be in store Nov 8!!!!!

I am super excited!!!... definitely going to be there bright and early.. first in line at the opening time!!! I expect nothing less than super glamorous with the bling, matallics and animal prints...
Below is the first look of the line... the ad for the line is coming soon!!
I can't believe how excited I am about the news... it's going to be so much better than Madonna for H&M!!

Fall Foliage

It is that time of the year again... Fall is my very favourite season of the year.. the weather is nice and cool.. the trees change colors.. I have to say that it's the most amazing thing.. Right now in Chicago.. The foliage is just started to change... the peak for the season is predicted to be in a week... or by Halloween..Red heartRed heartRed heart
It was such a nice day today and I thought I would just go out and drive around to see how the trees are doing so far.. and more excuse to test drive my new camera!!
Yes... I gave up a new hand bag for a new camera!! and I'm totally loving it!! Like i told you before... the trees are not quite at it's peak color yet... but none the less.. I managed to take some practice shots from my new cameraOpen-mouthed...
So here are the photos I took.. I promise.. when we reached peak fall colors... I'll bring you some more..

Color of the moment

It's been so long since I went shopping last time... and the reason i went this time was because I went to redeem my "birthday gift" from the shops that sent me special coupons and offers and free gifts for my birthday. ..

Gray and black seemed to be everywhere right now... every shades of gray and black for fall/winter this year.. wear the sweater alone or even better when layered.. but not to worry.. you can add a pop of color by your accessories.. such as a colorful scarf, bag or even bright color leggings..

My BD Wish

My birthday is coming up and all I want right now is a new bag...  I am not a bag person... I have to say, I don't change my bag very often.. maybe 1 in 2yrs.. For my BD this year.. I decided that I want a new bag.. and since I don't change the bag very often, I want one that will stay instyle for a while... until I got bored of it.. Right now, I can only budget for something not exceeding my rent.. Ummm still can't decide...

I like the practicality of an everyday Coach bag... but also like the femininity of the Juicy Couture bag but all the rage right now is about "Kooba", which is obviously out of my leage..

Well, I can't talk about bags without talking about shoes.. I am definitely a shoes person, When it comes to shoes.. It became more like an addiction... To me, it's all about what I like from the look and comfort..  But of course, most of these shoes here are my fantasies... dreams... always on my wishlist kinda.. Especially right now when I am trying to save for my big purchase like a condo.. I would have to say good bye for these shoes for now.. but don't you worry... I have a lot of shoes.. I can definitely get along without having the luxury shoes... for now... I hope that soon I could be able to own some of these luxury items.. it would be my status purchase.. but I know it'll be quite a distant future!!

Labor Day weekend is here.. and that mean it's the start of the end of summer!! The weather is super nice this year..  After DimSum brunch with my brother at China town.. I decided to test the new camera i got my brother for his 3 yrs anniversary for being in Chicago.

Crazy For Fall Fashion

It is that time of the year again... summer is whining down, kids are getting ready to go back to school.. the end of summer holiday is approaching slowly... and everywhere I go is full of Fall textures and colors... It really tickle my shopping senses and brain cells... The only problem?? it's still so hot out!!!.. To calm down my shopping addiction.. I put together some Fall trends and looks... At least when the right time to go shopping for my favourite season of the year comes.. I will certainly not missed on the key pieces..

The First Look is all about "RED" (with a touch of purple).. Red Is really coming so hot this season and with the combination of Red and Purple is very refreshing... It's very easy to update your wordrope with some red accessories.. or make a bolder statement with red dresses... My fav is the Red Shoes... Pair your dresses with round toe pumps or better yet marry janes.. for an instant Fall Look!!

The Sweater Dress is my staple for Fall this season.. it's easy to wear and layor when the air gets cooler.. with a turtle neck and tigh under neath.. Best pair the dress with a pair of tall boots... Love it!!

Finally my new obsession with Juicy Couture accessories line... the earings and bags and the charm bracelets.. Love them so much!! Such a girly girly stuff!!
